??tender veiny nipples, could I be pregnant?

Morning ladies my boobs have bn sore for about a week or so now with my nipples bn really sore, this morning I've noticed two huge purple veins on my left nipple which I have never had before? I've also bn peeing more and had bleeding gums while brushing? I am hoping we have done it this month I'm not going to test til nxt wk tho x

Morning babybo, going to test on Tuesday as thats when I'm due, i might be tempted to test Sunday/monday tho I'll see how my symptoms go but for the first time I'm feeling + really hope we have done it xx
