Hun her full name is Olivia, we just shortend it over time to a nick name.

She even calls herself Lou bless her.

I have heard a child called Livia Louise, which I thought was quite sweet

I dont even know how Livi Lou came about I was calling her Oli for ages and somehow turned to Livi Lou ah well it suits her
