Symptoms for ladies due Feb 2018

Yes the bloating is awful! I lost 8lb before getting pregnant and got down to 8st 6lb so was very happy! However I look like I've gained that back and then some

I lost 2.5 stone since xmas. Still overweight and have a belly but it's firmer and more prominent than it's been in a while.
Normally I'd be upset but *grow belly grow*

Anybody else have a high heart rate? I remember it in my last pregnancy but it seems to be back with a vengeance. I have suffered with palpitations since I was 17 but the thought of going through it all again with heart racing is getting me down. Seems to have started up again yesterday. 😢

I have a high heart rate and palpitations, started with my last pregnancy and can feel it now as well. Last time the midwife told me it was because there is more blood flowing round your body and nothing to worry about, it is annoying though as sometimes feel constantly out of breath x

Yes I have this, have always had arrhythmia so the palpitations are common but they've definitely stepped up

You would think I'd be used of it by now wouldn't you? I'm almost 30 and as I said I have palpitations since 17. Ito the tachycardia that annoys me more so than the skips and thuds. I remember being induced on my last and when the midwife took my pulse it was 138 and she said "your pulse is very high" I just laughed and said I'm used to it. It all settled after she was born but now it's back. It's so nice to know other go through the same. Beauandhamish I'm the very same with the breathlessness. I feel 100 years old. ��

No palpitations, but i am getting tired pretty easily now. Also I feel ravenous, or if not that I feel naseaous. Sometimes at the same time which really doesn't go together well!

Anyone else getting odd little twinges in the... erm... vaginal area? Lol. They're not painful just like.. sensations

Well I freaked out yesterday. Over the past few days my brown discharge has been increasing which was starting to concern me. But yesterday lunch time I had a bit of stomach pain (felt muscular) and when I went to the toilet there was red blood in the pan and then when I wiped. So I had a complete meltdown at work. My husband rang my IVF clinic and they booked me in for a scan this morning which was always going to be awkward because I have to do medical emergency training at work. Anyway, the red turned to brown again pretty quickly and I didn't have any further pain (just period type cramps), so I cancelled the appointment. I have a scan booked for in a weeks time but I'm just praying it's all okay.... I regret not going this morning

Brave of you to cancel the appointment, and really selfless as now someone else can have it who needs it!

I hope you're not feeling too scared... loads of people seem to get spotting without it being a problem, hope that's the case for you xx

Thanks Wednesday, well I've actually now booked a private scan on Sunday morning because I regretted not going! Doh! But I got my course done and having the scan this morning or on Sunday won't change the outcome (or at least that's what I'm telling myself).

I thought I'd feel so much more calm after seeing my beanies heartbeat last week, but I really don't!

I'm in hospital for the last 2 days for a separate issue to pregnancy. The nurse was just doing my vitals there and I had just come back from a short slow walk and my heart rate was 122 she came back 5 mins later are checked again and it was 95. She said she is not too worried as it's coming down but now I'm worried. I remember it being higher in the end of my last pregnancy it was in around 137. But this is only the beginning of this one. I'm so worried now that my heart is going to give up.

It has to be having a laugh. I'm not touching them. Even the shower water freaking hurts.

Awwww I hear you. Up until a few days ago my boobs were so uncomfortable. But when I had my scare earlier this week I noticed that the pain was disappearing. They are just a little tender now at 8 weeks 6 days....

I went for a scan yesterday because I was convinced I was miscarrying due to having lots of browny stringy tissue and also due to seeing red blood on Wednesday. But thankfully everything is still looking good in there. We even saw little baba having a wave! Turns out I'm likely putting the progesterone pessaries too high and disturbing the cervix!

It could just be all the stress that you're going through (with your other issue) right now that's causing an elevated heart rate maybe? I imagine it would be a lot to handle with being pregnant at the same time. Try not to worry, I'm sure you will be fine xxx

New symptom here. Im bloody freezing all the time. Was so cold last night i took my temp because i thought i may have been getting a fever but i wasnt. I just cannot seen to warm up. Brrrrr
