Surprise baby shower!! Feel so spoilt I could cry!!

My hubby and best friend organised a surprise baby shower for me today!! Totally unexpected and was bought a ridiculous amount of wonderful gifts and it was soooooooo lovely. It just feels like I don't deserve it - I'm just doing what thousands of other women do all the time - being pregnant!!!! And I feel bad as some people on here are having a really hard time, and I just hope their friends are doing the same for them, as it made me feel so special. Am totally pissed off I have to work another week now as I just want to get down to sorting and organising and washing etc!!

What did you get?

I've had 2 surprise baby shower/tea party things now and I am blown away by them. The effort people have gone to to make this nice for me is unreal. We must have a good bunch of mates

My mum and friends threw me a surprise baby shower/teddy bears picnic and it was lovely!
I felt the same as you, were just doing something millions of people do!
Got loads of lovely presents, and then they arranged for 20 of our friends to take us out for a meal at night!
We had friends there that travelled over 100 miles to be there!
It truly was a lovely day!
