stretching pains are killing me....

oh my god... it feels like someone has a knife to my stomach. it is horrible. i have lots of scars on my stomach from operations and from my ectopic pregnancy, and unfortunately the scar tissue is not as stretchy as skin... i am in agony!!!
NHS direct said take paracetamol, but i dont want to!.... are hot water bottles allowed?
or maybe a bottle of gin!!! ahhhhhhhh!!!

sorry, just need to moan as husband is on the bar working!!

Oh poor you I normally keep having minor ones but today had a really bad one so had a warm bath which seemed to work. Hope the pain eases up soon x

Yeh a warm bath always helps! I have a bad back I have ruptured 3 discs over past few years and the pain started kicking in today a hot bath helped! Hope u feel better ceris x
