I'm so sorry it was so horrible for you 
how do you feel now? I honestly feel much better and it's only been a week...my brain zaps which were pretty much the only symptom that i noticed, have really decreased and are barely there now 
so I think I'll be fine without them, I'm definitely glad I went off them instantly...even if I felt like crap for weeks instead of one week I till would've done the same...I'm not putting that rubbish in my body when I have a baby in there!
