Hi again, Anyone shed any light on the following? My husband's results said that there was nothing abnormal. It says:
Progrssive motility = 50%
Non progressive = 10%
Non motile = 40%
Concentration = 38

Just paperwork has been given via post - no explanation so its all very daunting :(

I would interpret that to mean

38 million sperm/ml (a good number)
50% progressive motile (this is pretty usual i think) the ones that swim in the right direction
10% non-progressive are the ones that swim in circles
and 40% non-motile pretty self explanatory.

if you google the WHO sperm counts figures then you should get a good idea

You seem to have great numbers there. Good luck! I've just had IVF (ICSI) and have got my BFP. Our sperm results were really not good and motility was about 4% and morphology was 0%, but it still worked for us first time. I hope you get your BFP X

Been for mtg with doctor at hospital. He thinks we have just been unlucky but after 3 miscarriages in 2 years of trying he said that we could test bloods for chromosome compatibility and at some point soon I should be able to get in to get my womb xrayed to check it is the right shape?! (something like that - I really struggle to take it all in at these consultations!)
Waiting for blood results. Fingers crossed :pray:
