SPD.. Midwife app today 38+4

Ok... my SPD is gettin worse and worse... not being able to walk far atall.. the last thing i want to happen is go over Due... i know still week and half yet.. and anything could happen...

but is there anything i can ask for at my m/w app to speed things up a lil... maybe a sweep or something? i dont want to be induced, the thought of it scares me i do want a natural labour etc,

just my hips gettin so bad, sleeping is a no no, even resting is uncomphy..

any ideas what i can ask middy? shes abit of a witch and i'm scared to ask lol xx

explain how you are feeling hun and ask her will she try a sweep for you although it will only work if baby is ready to come out they are not always successful xxxxxxxx
