Sophia is here!!! :)

Went into hospital 4 this morning with contractions and 10 o clock she was out, had the best birth and it was perfect, home with beautiful Sophia Autumn now and she is healhty 8 pounds!!!! Sad to leave you ehre now and thanks for all support I have got last weeks.. Wish you all pregnant ladies good luck and u got so much to look forward to!!!! Xxxx
