We was coming home from shopping yesterday morning and we didn't see them till it was too late 
It was on a dual carriageway which is 60mph but drops to 40mph for a few hundred feet and they were parked just a few feet in front of the 60mph sign. My OH never speeds and is such a careful driver after having a long ban a few years ago and our insurance is only just coming down to a normal level. They are just sooo sneaky and everyone does the same there, speeds up just before the sign so they are doing 60mph. We can't of been doing more than 46mph anyway so its just so annoying, its not like he was being reckless or anything and its not even a dangerous part of the road so I don't even know why it drops to 40
