OMG that's disgusting!! His mam and dad need a firm slap like. I am a smoker but I don't even let them see me smoke never mind do it in the same room!! What kind of tool would give their baby a tab to smoke!! Xx

I heard about this a week or so ago! Surely it's child abuse or neglect! That child should be taken away from them asap! It's horrific! Can you imagine the damage being done to the childs body?! Outrageous!
