Well we DTD again tonight did everything i should have done, legs up the wall on a pillow, used a bit of YesYesYes lube (couldnt find the preseed think its under the couch lol

but i am liking the SMEP, it gives Liam a day to recover and makes sure you get your most fertile bit

I feel quite positive about today, I was very horny and things went well

Yeah, I think they do. At first I thought the more you DTD the more chance of getting pregnant but after watching the great sperm race documentary I realise that is not the case

I am doing marvellously

had the sex as reccomended last night was lovely lol

used our YesYesYes lube again as we STILL havent got the preseed out from under the couch LOL

My surge is definitely imminent, am going to post my OPK piccies later so that i can get all your advice about wether to DTD again this evening or wait until tomorrow!

We could do 4 days in a row i suppose! that would be novel!

poor liam, he will be bled dry by the time i have finished with him!! lol

I agree, the last one seems a little pointless, maybe its worthwhile if not checking with OPK's etc, just to cover all aspects but for me it will be well past according to how my ov usually is xx

Yeah. I agree with you Leesey.

If I didn't use OPKs and have ov pain and track EWCM etc then the last day probably wouldn't be pointless.

I am being really bad this month in that DH and I are really assuming we've done it. We both just seem so complacent.

It's going to be a painful crash back down to earth.

Ladies,

I have a question;

It is a BD night tonight according to SMEP, I use the clear blue fertility monitor, I am on two bars at the mo, I expect it will go to peak tomorrow. I assume its best to BD on the peak days. I get two peak days. So if we BD tonight, over the 2 peak days and then the day after that will be four days in a row!!
Do you think I should skip tonight and continue on tomorrow...I am concerned that 4 days in a row defeats the object of SMEP. I also did a diggi OPK and it hasnt got a smiley face yet.

Hope all that info makes some sense,

You're better to BD before you ovulate than after.

I've never used a CBFM though so not sure what all the lines mean.

You are right and OH came back from the gym feeling rather frisky so we DTD just after me posting. I am thinking that tomorrow we wont be BDing til late so will be about 30 hours inbetween and I am sure thats how long it says the little fellas need xx thanks for your reply CupcakeMummy xx

Hi again...

obsessed SMEP lady needing guidance again
My monitor was high this morning, I am sure it will go to peak tomorrow which means the highest of fertility. This afternoon I took a diggi OPK and it was positive so I am thinking my surge started after the morning test on the monitor.
So would I do the three days of BD now? Would that cover all bases?! xx
