I too have bought Sasmar Conceive Plus this month, bought mine from Boots for £15.49, is it a lot cheaper anywhere else?

Tara - how long was your first cycle off the pill? Mine was 37 days and I'm now on CD 11 of my second cycle and have started using OPKs from today to see if I ovulate quicker this month.

Morning ladies.

SMEP is going well so far. Done CDs 8, 10 & 12.

Today is CD13 and I got a + OPK yesterday and have woken up with ov pains and loads of EWCM so I think we'll start the 3 days in a row BDing today.

Kind of glad it's come early and that we get a weekend for some of it!!

The preseed I have says it's only sperm-friendly, not actively assists sperm. Conceive Plus claim to be the only one that can actively assist sperm as it's the only one that can mimic ewcm (which has such an important job, didn't realise how much until I saw The Great Sperm Race!!).
Maybe the type you have is different to the type I have Fi. In saying that I'd probably still carry on using preseed too, just for normal times together if you know what I mean! xx

CD13 today and my OPK was even darker than yesterday's! (yesterday was same colour as control. Today a lot darker)

So we BD'd this morning and will tomorrow, Tuesday and Thursday.

Counting tomorrow as Ov and then Tuesday as the start of the dreaded 2ww.

We got our conceive plus on Friday and used a little bit yesterday and a bit more of it today as squeezed the tube a bit too much!! Lol.

We had a great time though. So was worth being heavy handed I'd say.

LOL! I did that too but like you say, definately worth it
I am CD5 so few days til SMEP begins. I told OH the 'rules' last night and he seems very cooperative about them....well he has to be or he will experience my wrath!!!! xxx

theres a whole booklet here on the Preseed package i got which explains that it helps sperm

the YesYesYes one i have says similar things, i don think its just conceive plus at all x

I like the applicators with Preseed, but I think they should give you more than 9! The conceive plus I'm trying this month is in tiny little pods for easy application, but I can't imagine it being as useful as the preseed applicators. We'll see!

My yesyesyes thing came in individual packets which was cool

you get a vagina friendly one to use after you have Ov'd too to get your fanny back to PH neutral

I don't think it's very good to do it too much though. I think the sperm needs time?
