Silly question about water and labour etc

Thank you so much for your help and advice! There is a lot on here that I didn't know about and being in a country that they basically leave you to it, doesn't give you very much confidence or info

I've been feeling like I have mini type period pains and my tummy seems to spasm when it happens, pnly for around 4 - 5 minutes then it stops. I went to my hospital and they said it's nothing to worry about, I mentioned Braxton hicks and they stared at me blankley!

My husband (I got married yesterday, yay!) said that the last month he wants to stop being social, the only time he'll spenmd hours away from home is when he is at work. He has told his friends this, I told him he didn't have to be that committed but he said he couldn't leave me fullstop unless it was work, if he could, he'd take a month off  So now, I am arranging 'lads' nights at our apartment for hima nd the guys. You know, cook them all a big dinner on a Friday night, snacks and goodies too. Kind of like a thank you and it keep me occupied.

My landlord's wife just had her baby a week ago, I've been round hers every day to see their little girl, I can't get enough being around a baby!

My waters went while I was on the loo!! They didnt gush but it was quite a heavy trickle, if you like. I felt like I was weeing but I knew I wasnt, when I looked on the tissue it was quite wet and tinged with pink. I smelled it to see if it smelled like wee but it actually smelled a bit like c*m

After that they varied between a heavy or light trickle to nothing for an hour or so.

As for the contractions, they started as mild period pains about 2 hours after my waters began to go and they actually became painful about 2 hours after that. They became unbearable after about 12 hours (was in labour for 33 hours)
