Short Luteal Phase ?

Does anyone know anything about this ??

My cycles have ALWAYS been regular as clockwork, literally 14 days after ovulation AF would arrive (except when I was pregnant with my first).

So... here I am TTC no. 2.. and while it's only been 4 cycles... My last cycle my AF arrived on DPO12 (rather than 14) and this cycle AF arrived this AM (well I think it's here) on DPO10...

Is a 10 days luteal phase anything to be worried about ? Is 10 days considered short ? I know a short luteal phase can affect fertility.

Does anyone have any experience of this ? Or does anyone regularly get AF just DPO10.. as I'm so used to DPO14/15.. I am surprised it might be here earlier...

My lp is never 14 days, it's generally between 10-12 days.

I think anything less than 10 is a concern but 10 or over is ok.

Mind you, I'm not pregnant yet! It's something I would ask about if we end up needing help.

Ah OK.. wasn't sure what was considered short.

Weird that it's always been 14 and now suddenly it's 12 and now 10....

I'm not 100% convinced that it's not an issue (despite what Dr Google says)

I guess I'll believe it's not an issue when I get a bfp!

Hello, mine is between 10-12 but my doctor said its fine since I am ovulating and my progesterone level is ok. Have you tested yours?

Mine is 10-12 but I have no idea what my progesterone is.

Never had it checked.

We are currently on cycle 10 ttc, but won't be going to docs until we've been trying for a year.

Never had any tests done at docs.

We conceived 3rd cycle trying with our son in 2013.

I think i am ovulating though as i get positive opks around day 13-15 of my cycle and i an using my friends clearblue fertility monitor that gives u high days and 2 peak days. Each cycle it has managed to detect so im pretty sure its happening.

I'm pretty certain I ov, as I get my positive opks and I get ov pains too, quite substantial pain sometimes.

Took 6months ntnp for my son and fell pregnant cycle seven on our first month trying properly.

Been trying properly from the start for this one but no joy yet!

I remember having anything between 10- 15 days with S hon and wouldn't always necessarily ovulate the same day in each cycle. As frustrating as it is, try not to worry x

I don't ov the same time either, so far earliest has been CD10 and latest CD16.

I'm CD10 today so will be ovving soon!
