Server shoulder pain

Anyone else suffering from bad shoulder pain.

I have had it for about 3 weeks. I thought it had more to do with the cold weather but my house isn't cold nor do I wear clothes that show off my shoulders.

It started on my right side but that side got better and now left side has started. Its just getting worse , its travelling down my arm. It feels like sun burn but I haven't been in the sun or on sun beds. I cant ly on it as I haven't had much sleep. Im gonna take some paracetamol and go sleep.

sounds like it could be carpel tunnel syndrom.. does ur arm go numb? i get it in my for arm elbow and upper arm..every now and again..
