Pain in back in rib area

Hi everyone
Im 30 weeks pregnant and woke up this morning with a pain in my bc on the left hand side inside my ribs it now seems to have developed in my shoulder. Anyone else experienced something similar, could it be just the way i've been sleeping?

Hhhmmmm...

Don't know if its the same but I had a pain in my back at the top on the right, it was sort of on the inside of my shoulder blade. Had it for about a week, it felt like it was the size of a 2p, nothing eased it apart from sleep, but then it just disapeared. I think it may have been something trapped. I hate it when things hurt then disappear you never get to know the reason.

Probably just "one of those things" you hear that a lot when your pregnant!
