congrats on the scans ladies I have my 10 week one at 4 today. I dont know why im so nervous though, the consultant said everything looks healthy and my chances of having another mc now are very slim, every thursday though i go through the same old shit of no its not gonna be alive anymore then hubby gets pissed off because im worrying over nothing meh im fed up of myself x

FFO and Clairedoll glad your scans went well. So reassuring and amazing to see your little ones in there all snug!

We had our first scan privately today. By my LMP I'm 10 weeks 1 day but rhey've dated me 9 weeks 5 days so that would make EDD as 3rd September instead of 31st August. NHS scan is in 2 weeks so we'll see then which date Maths is photocopied under my smartboard xx! Like you FFO we saw head, arm and leg buds and heartbeat. Also saw the umbilical cord clearly and baby was wriggling like mad! We must have little ravers in there FFO lol.

Hope the sickness passes soon for everyone, mine seems to have disappeared but now I'm worrying because I don't feel bad.. two weeks to wait.. :/ x

Hi ladies, my scan was good hb still there. Was having a good wriggle around, I'm measuring more than 10 weeks but they couldn't get a good measurement tho cos baby had his/her head tucked into body! Heh. I saw a little nose and everything though x

That is so cool. I can't wait until I'm able to see my baby on the scan. Every time I think about it I literally jump with joy. I'm also a little anxious though.

Loving all the updates! I am still waiting for my first midwife appointment next week, so impatient lol!

We decided against an early scan as NHS scan is in 4 weeks and as payday isn't for another 2 weeks, there didn't seem much point in booking.

How is everyone symptom wise? I have awful constipation and gas, I'm in so much pain daily. Hoping the entire pregnancy isn't like this.

Has anyone started their pregnancy notes? Mine came through yesterday and on the whole it's fine but there's a few bits I'm not 100% on and I cannot find any online guidance.

Btw I have my 8 week scan next Wednesday to check if I am carrying twins or just one lil bean. If all goes well (everything crossed that can be crossed) I will have a EDD then so I will add it formally to the group x

Ahhh you have so much patience aha!

I'm ok on and off nausea, have gas and pelvic pain (unsure if gas or stretching pain lol) all my veins are still showing in my hands to. Boobs seem bigger today more rounded loool. Acne, acne and more acne the spots itch too so they bleed. Idk if this is pregnancy related but I'm smelly even as soon as I get out the bathing can smell sweaty pits it's nasty, constantly putting underarm on didn't have it until a few weeks ago it's embarrassing tbh. Yesterday I couldn't get out of bed kept feeling like I was going to pass out as soon as I stood up, couldn't even make breakfast. But it's worth it ha! X

My midwife did mine and sent me away with a little pack. With books on pregnancy and Emma's diary book to. X

See I thought the midwife would fill it in with me so we can discuss everything then and there but my letter said to fill it in before my booking appointment which is due on 16th x

Mine said fill in pages 1-3; personal details and medical history. Is that what you mean? In the green book? (Or whatever it's called now! Midwife and drs receptionist still teferred to it as that)
