Lovely! We go to Rhodes a week on Wednesday, can't wait to do nothing and get a bit of sun, I've had a skirt on today but my legs are so white!

Hello Ladies,
Hope everyone is lovin' the sun - I've had SUCH a stressful time at work I cant even be bothered to go into it, but I have one more week before half term, thank god!
I rediscovered hair removal cream today, needed a quick fix for my awfully hairy legs, found some in the cupboard and within 10 mins all smooth - definitely going to be using that more often now pregnant, don't want to spend pennies on a wax and find razors useless.
Got lovely summer dress on today, bump very clear haha - hubbie is taking me out to Chinese restaurant tonight to help chill me out before the ridiculous week ahead!

Been sent home from work with chest pains and really strong braxton hicks. Feel like I can hardly breathe when I get one, really not nice. The braxton hicks don't hurt just very uncomfortable especially with the tight chest too. Not feeling too worried, just annoyed and uncomfortable! Going to try and chill out and see if I can sleep through these weird pains xx

Its so lovely reading up on how everyone's doing. I've hardly posted as hubby and I have been in the middle of getting our first house and that's been quite hectic.
We had our 20week scan on Wednesday and found out we're having a Boy! We were sick of buying neutrals haha

I was up just after 7:30 and decided to do the mammoth task of sorting out my wardrobes!! I now have piles of stuff for the Carnot/charity/bin and organised wardrobes, now to start on the drawers and shelves! I am shattered!

thank you clare. he does look happy indeed! it was very comforting to see, made me feel a lot better.
oh yes i definitely need a break! and last minute indeed yeah. i've always booked the year before, but we didn't really think about going on holiday until this year, and with me being pregnant obviously i can't fly after a certain point or whatever, and thought the sooner the better, hopefully wont be too uncomfortable, so we both booked a week off work just after my birthday, and then realised we could only afford it a few days before! but i was browsing on teletext holidays and it's only cost us £218pp so we were able to book yesterday. cheap and cheerful, we stayed there in the exact same apartments two years ago and i've been to fuerteventura six times now i think, so at least we know we like it there and with being before we know wheres good to eat and to shop etc what the beach is like. ah i'm so excited!

we were on and off sleeping until 11am, really nice actually, except OH got up to be sick at 6am which is strange, he's never been sick in the three years we've been together? he's not feeling too bright this morning - probably got something to do with all the beer he drank last night, during our catfish marathon haha. does anybody watch that?! so messed up haha. we just got sky yesterday, so enjoyed playing around with it

Happy 22 weeks nic and Soph! Happy 23 weeks Vicky!
Hope everyone's enjoying this glorious weather. I managed to get myself burnt yesterday at a BBQ at my mam & dads house. Lol. Joy.
Has anyone started getting any Braxton Hicks yet? I had a bit of a moment yesterday when I got 3 really bad pains in the space of about 20 mins. I was getting worried for a while but then it stopped. It was painful enough for me to go out of the way of everyone into the house. I know Braxton hicks arnt meant to be painful so I'll mention it to my midwife, but it really freaked me out for a minute. Everything's been fine since though.
How's everyone doing? Is anyone totally prepared for baby's arrival yet? I feel so unorganised this time around....best get my finger out lol x

Forgot to mention, My other sister-in-law has just found out she is pregnant, around a week after another sister-in-law has too. There'll be 4 baby's born in the same family within 4 months of each other. Crazy times! Xx

Yeah it was a bit weird last night abd they really took my breathe away. Not painful as such, just very uncomfortable, lasted til around 3am! Although the gap between each got steadily further apart after I got home from work. Been fine today too, just a bit achey around my tummy.
We have nothing organised for baby's arrival yet, luckily we have all of Harry's clothes and bits, so don't have much to get really. A new wardrobe for harry (baby is having his drawers), a new baby monitor (ours is crap), a newborn car seat (dropped Harry's), a buggy board and a new sling to carry baby in and that's it. Except for any other clothes I like, but won't go mad, well I will try not too lol xx

How is everyone else feeling, fed up of constipation all the time now and if not that indigestion and i cannot eat big meals only tiny ones then starving a few hours later, any one else like that?
