Nic, Hope you had a nice time at the party Saturday night and you’re feeling ok today..

I went to Primark on Saturday and thought I’d just have a look at their maternity jeans, I saw some nice ones so thought I'd try them on..well they were supposed to be skinny jeans, but they were huge all over! Not just around the waist but the legs were really baggy! Surely you don’t put on loads of weight on your legs too?! Shame as they were so nice and only £11.99…I think I’ll wait a month or so until I have a bump and then look again..

Anybody else getting headaches? I've had the worst one all weekend, trying not to have many paracetamol but its so bad

It is wet, sleety and miserable here today, but at least I am dry in work!

My hubby will be pleased with all the boy guesses! I don't think I mind really, but will be good to find out!

Tinkerbell I will hopefully find out gender at 20 week scan then!! I'm not sure if you can do private scans up here, but I will see if I can be patient enough!

Morning all! I am excitingly 14 weeks tomorrow. I had been feeling less nauseous until last week when it came back! I am hoping it won't last.

I am going to tell my boss today or tomorrow, I have too many hospital appointments coming up in the next few weeks and think it would be unfair not to say. I am terrified though - he will not be happy and my poor colleague will be on his own the whole time I am off as it's just the two of us! EEK!

ali - tough! when you employ a female you have to expect it. my place is full of women, only one man and i was the second to get pregnant - two have had babies since, now i'm pregnant again.. its just tough really! i'm still not officially here but like keeping up with you lot

Thanks hun,yeah it is mad how different it looks in just a week!

I've not been to primark yet to look at maternity wear,not sure if they have it in my local one.

I've been having headaches aswell and feeling dizzy if I stand up to quick ect xx

Yeah it is! I am jealous of your bump

The maternity section in Primark wasnt great aside from the jeans, just a few tops and dresses but I had high hope for their jeans!!

Oh yes I get dizzy too..My blood pressure was really low at my last midwife appointment so I reckon it might be that. My headache is so annoying though, just want to lie down in a dark room! x

Thanks ladies for the encouragement, I saw him for about 3 minutes today and chickened out. Maybe on my way home or tomorrow I'll go for it! I think it also means that all this is real and I can start telling other people too! eek.

*Loch* I can't believe you are in Watten, how crazy! I am red pathway, so Inverness. What about you? When I went for my 12 week scan, the MW told me I am the third person she saw that morning with EDD of 9th Sep - there are going to be a lot of September babies near us!

Lol snap red pathway too and she tokf me same thing at my scan, said wow another one for 9th, got my consultant app next thursday in wick. Xx

Its actually been really lovely here too today, which is not a common occurrence its usually grey and miserable, been a bit breezy today but nice all the same x

Its horrible stuff and i agree with you when you are already constipated having iron tabs isnt the best. I was going across the street and i had a dizzy spell thankfully i reached the other side before i went funny. x
