** September 2014 Mummies! **

hahahah that's funny!

mine came home, threw up, had hiccups for half an hour and is now dead to the world, breathing loudly making a stupid noise and lying diagonal onto my side of the bed. debating a sofa trip gr! x

Haha ! God men are just so inconsiderate sometimes !
If we can't drink then neither should they , there should be some kind of law put in place to stop men drinking when their other half are pregnant. !!

i know right
it's not as bad when i've had a drink too, although i have never been a big drinker, and don't miss drinking at all.
but when i'm tired, grumpy and uncomfortable, i don't want to deal with it! he got up again to throw up, declaring 'what's wrong with me?', i just laughed. then his mate decided to ring in the middle of the night, waking me up again.
so i've not had a very good sleep! it seems quite nice outside though, and his parents are doing an early birthday tea for me this evening, so i'm sure that'll be nice.

enjoy your bank holiday! xxxx

Make the most of being up, it's gorgeous here and you're not that far from me so reckon you'll have sunshine too!

Enjoy your early birthday tea xx

Enjoy your birthday tea Nic !
Thanks Sarah ! Can't believe its 26 weeks already. I feel well and truly pregnant/ fat / uncomfortable now. Getting up and down off the sofa is a challenge now lol. X

thank you!

yes, up and about now and it's gorgeous. looks a little chilly though!

ah happy 26 weeks julie! xxxx

Happy 26 weeks Julie!

Ah nic, hope your feeling ok, men really do suck at times!

Was getting a little worried last night. My little lady is normally very active and feels like I can feel her move about alot, but after at around 6 last night I realised I hadn't felt her move. I eventually felt her move about an hour and a half later after a cup of tea and some chocolate, but compared to how she's normally moving, it still just doesn't feel right at the minute. Gonna try and relax a bit I think and see if that does the trick. Maybe I've just been busy and not noticing the movements as much.
Perfect day for relaxing though! Such a beautiful day! Hope is lovely where you are too....think I'll get my very white legs out and attempt a bit of colour on them lol xx

Enjoy your birthday tea Nic !

I know how u feel..im the same now lol. Cant believe how quickly its going..seems to fly by especially having a.toddler to entertain all day xx

Awww Nic sorry to hear your OH gave you a sleepless night! What a pain! YOu'll have to make a cut off point, so when you get to a certain amount pregnant hes not to get drunk anymore!!!

MrsH I was busy all day yesterday and didnt feel baby moving, I felt really lonely! I was at a loud concert so just couldnt feel the kicks. Got home very late, and got into bed and there was lots of wriggling from baby, but I know how it plays on your mind when they are quiet xx

Hearing stories about drunk OHs makes me realise how lucky I am that hubby is practically teetotal!

Enjoy your birthday tea nic. Glad you have good weather for a change - it's gloomy here today! Off to spend some birthday monies soon though, that'll brighten up my day :-)

MrsH how is the movement now? I would say you prob have nothing at all to worry about, sometimes the babies are just having a quiet day. But if you're worried there's no hRm in getting in touch midwife Hun xx

Yeah she's moving about a lot more now, thanks ladies. It is a worry though. I've taken in a bit easier today so I've felt her wriggling around and quite a few big kicks.
I've got another scan tomorrow so I'll mention if it she goes on the quiet side again :) xx

glad she's moving more emma!

haha crackers, my OH doesn't drink much at all, which is why it hits him when he does! we've been shopping too, at the trafford centre, baby got a cute jasper conran outfit and two pairs of shoes.. lucky boy.

(i love posting teasers on my instagram cause you/becky/soph all follow me and know but nobody else does, hehehe!)

ahh that be nice to see her again emma! good luck :) xxxx

Hey ladies :) been a struggle to catch up on the thread since my holiday, had over 120 posts to read lol and baby brain has made me forget most of it :)

But happy 23, 24 and 26 weeks to the ladies for yesterday and today, it really is flying by now.

Crackers hope you had a lovely birthday and enjoyed spending the money today.

MrsH, my ill man had a very quite day whilst on holiday it had it me really panicked, but I just took it easy for a while and started feeling the movements again. Glad she has been wriggling around today and yay for a scan tomorrow.

Sorry your oh was a drunk mess last night Nic, they really do need to behave when there is a hormonal pregnant lady at home. My DH was a nightmare in my last pregnancy, thankfully this time he has learnt a little bit lol

Had a very busy week on holiday and keeping Harry entertained but it was so much fun. Really suffering with sciatica/ so domain the last few days and it is making walking pretty difficult :( plus soft play was interesting today climbing around after Harry. Booked up his 2nd birthday party and the soft play place today too, it's only 6 weeks away! xx

i'm actually dreading having a week away from you lot! i'm gonna have to try keep up on here
thank you kanga. he's not usually rubbish! take it easy until friday!

i've got such a busy day at work tomorrow, tuesdays are really long too. so i'm working 8:30-6:15ish. fully booked and we have no sterilisation nurse. i'm tryna think how to describe it for anyone wishing to know how busy it is.

ok erm imagine you're running a restaurant, you're fully booked, there's two of you, one to serve the food (dentist), one to clear up (you). each meal takes about ten minutes to eat. soo it's literally in, out, next one in. but with no sterilisation nurse, we have to find time to er clean those plates so that we have enough to use for the rest of the day. some have garlic bread (a checkup) but then some have steak and sauce and take twice as long to eat it. rubbish way to explain but i'm going to be rushed off my feet all day, with patients and trying to clean and sterilise everything in between - and sterilisation room is upstairs. but, only tuesday and wednesday to work and then i'm off until the 11th june yay. xxxxx

Seeing DH's face this morning when he looked in the mirror and saw the cock on his face was priceless :D!!

Looking forward to a little time off work this week! Saturday-Tuesday :)) nothing planned just decided I needed a rest for a couple days :))

Wish time would go a little faster can't wait to hit tri 3 think that will make things feel better :)

BRILLIANT!!!

kanga - glad you had a good hol, but I sympathise with keeping your little boy entertained. Exactly the same when I went away at Easter! And yay for scan today - good luck.

Nicole - ugh work :-( I'm working today, don't usually do Mondays/Tuesdays, and I know I'll be busy as one of the partners I work for is just back from a holiday and will be all go go go. Not fun!

Anyone booked/thought about booking a 4d scan? We had one with dd so thought it was a bit unfair(!) if we don't have one with this little one. Hopefully going to book something later today d

We plan on booking up a 4d scan too, we had one with Harry and only feels right to have one again. Got to get organised and book it really xx
