I'm going to miscarry soon, all my tests are now negative, and 'not pregnant' on the digi just a few short days after getting my 1-2 weeks.
I still feel pregnant, I felt sick waking up, my boobs are killing me, and the cramping is still there in the background.
Why is this happening to me again? If I had enough hormone to give me these symptoms in the first place then why has it now all disappeared?
I just don't understand why I can't get past 5 weeks.

It's my birthday, just to add another blow.

So sorry to read this leesy. Have you been to the docs about this and checked your hormone levels?

Im not a doctor but It's worth getting checked out incase your progesterone levels are low or something you might need supplements. If not least you can rule it out. Try and go today and get the ball rolling probably last thing you feel like doing but you need an answer xx

Im sorry i know this has crushed you, Sending you lots of hugs xxxxxx

I read this once on a genetics & immunology website:

Progesterone is first produced by the corpus luteum of the ovary and production from this site is necessary for the first 8 weeks of pregnancy. From implantation of the embryo onwards for 40 weeks the placenta takes over the production of progesterone (see graph). The levels of progesterone increase dramatically all throughout pregnancy. Progesterone production is necessary for the safe maintenance of pregnancy and all pregnancies will fail if progesterone production is too low.
Many women with infertility, implantation failures and/or miscarriages produce low levels of progesterone as seen in the bottom line of the graph. These women require progesterone supplementation to bring them into the safe levels (see thick line, which indicates mean values, on graph and limits of two standard deviations of the mean). Based on*our experience in treating autoimmune women, this supplementation must continue until the 16th week is completed.

Good luck xx

As others say hun, get yourself to the Dr's and get this officialy down on your medical notes.

I had a chemical pregnancy [very early M/c at 5w 4d] last month and as neither my GP nor the EPU could see me to take bloods it wont even count !!!

I had a M/C at just over 8 weeks back in May and I promise I share you anger and frustration at not being "able" to have a viable pregnancy.

It seems so very cruel to give us our BFP's and then snatch them away.

Don't be fobbed off sweetie - if this has happened to you a few times then I hope your Dr will take it seriously and look into this for you. Early M/C's are as upsetting and scary as any kind of loss!

xxxxxxxxxx

I have nothing to add other than a huge  and that I think they right, get down the docs now and get them to take bloods, you need this in your file for them to consider supporting you in the next pregnancy. It would also be good for you I'm sure total through the options for a next pregnancy and what they advise or can do to help! Don't suffer alone hun, make sure the docs know so that you can push for specialist help! I can start to feel how painful this is for you after just one mc, they can't work miracles but they might be able to help xxx

Oh no leesey :hugs: I am so so sorry :(

I agree that going to the doc is the best move, as even with ur 2 mc's I seem to remember u have had a few cp's aswell. Hopefully the doc will do blood tests for u.

Big big hugs to u hunny, I just can't believe it :hugs: :hugs: xxx

Leesey, so so sorry you are going through this again....it is horribly cruel !!! I hope that you get all the support and care you need, and get some tests done!! Keep us updated on how you are xxx

Sending you a huge hug hunny. I agree def get to the docs and chat it through as it is so unfair this is happening to you xxx

Oh sweetheart  it's so unfair

As the others have said, get down the docs and find out exactly what is happening. There's no chance it's a dodgy test is there????? Love to you babe xxxxxxxxxx

Aw love, really sorry to read this. How heartbreaking for you.

I hope you can get some answers to why it is happening quickly xxx

so sorry hunny :hugs:

I'm so sorry for you hun :( you've had an awful few months bless u. Keep on pestering the doctors to get the guidance u need. You'll get your sticky bean when the times right and your body is ready. As for still feeling pregnant, unfortunately that could stick round another while, I had an MC at 8 1/2 weeks and stil had the preg feeling for 2 or 3 weeks. Xxxx

Passed my wee bubs today but still not bled. This is what happened last month. The wee lump passed with no blood, then got a massive rush of blood later in the day. Been off today so have just been resting all day, felt awful earlier, weak and faint. My symptoms have now gone, apart from the sore boobs but they're not as bad.
Still waiting for the bleed and I just want it over with, I'm so scared it will happen at school tomorrow. Luckily at the moment I'm not teaching in class, I have my own office, but still so scared it happens so suddenly I can't get to the toilet in time.
At the moment I'm trying to stay positive, being grateful that it happened so early. Didn't manage to get an appointment at the doctors, so hopefully will be able to get one soon. I'm hoping that two consecutive miscarriages are enough of a cause for concern that I get some investigation.

I hate to say it hun but often they won't investigate til 3. Thats why its so frustrating if the docs don't document it and sometimes they won't take it seriously is they don't. I really hope they do investigate cos they have been similar which might point them to an obvious solution for you. really hope it does happen at school for you. No way you can call in sick I suppose?

I could call in sick dc but cos I'm only temporary I don't have a contract and would probably just get replaced. The school are very considerate, but they wouldn't get a supply teacher in to cover a supply teacher! So I'll go and try hold it together. The job I'm covering has just been advertised and I'm going to apply for it, so I want to keep in with them obviously! I'll just do what I can to keep doing the job as best I can, and if it happens there it happens and at least that's it over with.
I've started getting cramping again so hoping that's it coming now.

hey hun, i'm sorry u are going through this, but glad u didn't have to wait long for it to happen. :hugs: Hope work goes ok tomorrow xxx
