Sciatica!!

...ouch!! My hubby has had to rake my trousers off for me cos I ant bend to pull them off. Been a right hop along today because of the pain.

Know of any remedies to help sooth pain from sciatica?x

I've been suffering the same but there is nothing really - the physio lady told me to hold and squeeze my bum x

I just try to sleep on my side as if I have a board shoved down the back of my PJ's - so all straight with bent legs, that helps by morning
