Can you get sciatica in your tummy?

Last night I woke up with a really bad pain in my left lower side of my tummy and thought OMG I'm in labour but it only last about 10 secs and then happened again and stopped. It felt like the sciatica I get in my leg - it might have been really bad trapped wind I know it isn't contispation as I have diarrhea which my MW said you get either.

I did notice that my bump had dropped last night so may be this has something to do with it and LO kicked for 3 hours solid last night

Today it is niggling like a wind bubbly.

Could have been transferred pain. Baby on a nerve...Babies brutal attack on your tummy...Or, trapped wind!!!

Sounds like LO was on a nerve to me I found I got this from time to time after my bump dropped.

Sciatica is related to the sciatic nerve and should only affect your back, sometimes buttocks and down your legs. So I'd not think it would be that.
