Well girls here she is, a week late and an extremely quick birth.
This is the only photo Ive downloaded at the moment but I'll put some more on later.
So friday night 16th i had a pain around 11pm and at midnight we called the labour ward who said hang on in at home for another hour then come down. At 1.15am we made our way there, arrived at the labour ward at 1.30am and at 1.49am baby Ruby appeared!!!! Needless to say a three hour labour from first twinge to pushing bubba out was madness. All happened so quick i didnt even get chance to get my nightie on.
But Ruby came out with a delicate little cry weighing in at 7lb 14oz, and do you know she fell asleep at 2.30am and didnt wake up till mid day.!!! Alright for some eh? Came home after she had her first feed and now me & hubby are soooooooooooooo tired.
I just want to say how proud we are of our son Joshua as my sister in law had an hours drive to come to look after him whilst i was in labour but as things went so quickly she didnt get here in time so he came with us to the hospital. He was there for the whole thing, ok he ran out when my waters broke as didnt like the blood but he was so brave. Therefore a massive THANK YOU JOSH xxxxxxxxx
