Clear blue evap?

Picture taken outside of rest window.

Chucked in bin initially after two minutes as was negative. Pulled it out about an hour and half later to a clear line. Guessing it's an evap as it's blue dye, outside of timeframe. I'm well versed, would never normally pick blue dye tests but we have moved to a rural area and our only shop is the local coop.

I just can't get over how clear it is.

Hmm it does kind of look like an evap but it's hard to tell 100%. Did you retest?
