Awww what are the dungies like? I want to get Ella a little pinafore dress from there, they're so cute!

I got my personalised nappy (well not mine, Seren's). Weenotions did it for me and got it done in time for her naming ceremony.

Its not the best photo, doesn't show it off enough :D

I'll let you know when they arrive Kina, it takes a week or so for things to get to me in Hungary

Seren is going to look really sweet in that - what is she going to wear?

Got them this morning

Beanie, that is gorgeous
what a great idea :D

awww how sweet!! Thats so pretty

I want to get minki to do a personalised nappy for Jakob when he comes but they are not very good for comms :wall: But now i know weenotions do it too :D

Hi ladies,

has anyone used Cotton Bottoms? Stanley has a starter box set and we've decided to have a go but I'm not sure I'm doing it right.....

The nappy and liner seem really long and stick out the back of the cover like a tail if I try to lay it flush. I've just been stuffing it back into the pants unevenly, is that right??

PS They make his bum look HUGE! I love it! :D

Not used cotton bottoms so can't be of any use I'm afraid :( Have you tried folding them or does that make them too bulky? Could just be that he's too ickle for them at the moment?

Are cotton bottoms prefolds? I use bambino mio prefolds so I may be able to help :D

Yes, they are. I think the pre-folds are a standard size so maybe they're just a little long for the first size pant? They seem to be working just stuffed in, can't work out a better way to fold them.

The pants are a lovely snug fit on his tiny bum :D

They usually have little instructions with pics that show you different ways of holding for small babies... :)

I have got some bambino mio's too and i have just worked out how to fold them in nice and snug :) at first they were sticking out like you explained.

I think we're on the same boat here!

At the moment i'm a good 70% on reusable side...

Specifically Bambino mio ones...

Very good bargains from www.twoleftfeet.co.uk

Have a look and let me know!! :cheer:

Depends if you only want prefolds or want shaped...I am going to be mainly using shapes and afaik most people on here are. But i also have newborn starter pack of baby mios and beanie has some baby mio's too...they can be tricky at first but dosnt take long to work them out. I would say get shaped nappies though, much quicker and easier.

I dont think i have a bamboozle...i love my tots bots though sooo soft..im waiting till next month when we get a new dryer to try and make my lambs soft.. :D

When you refer to 'shaped' nappies are you talking about all-in-one types like Kushies?

Sorry, that's probably been established but don't have time to check 16 pages of thread

If so, how do you find they wear? Was going to go down that road but wasn't sure if the nappies fade/wear out quickly (the all-in-ones are mega expensive and I'm tight! :) )

Still loving the pre-folds though...

kushies are shaped but they are all in one cause u dont need to buy a wrap with them, shaped nappies are with aplix and just fit the same as a disposable then you buy a wrap to put over the top, on page 1 of this topic there is a list of the different types of nappies you can get :)

Hi,
Spotted this thread not a moment too soon.
I ordered a tots bots fluffle and a wrap. I got a size 2 in both as I read you can fold the fluffle down to fit a newborn right up to toddler. Also saw the demo of folding it this way on the totsbots website.
The nappy arrived and initially I thought it was soo cute but it seems soo big!! I tried it on a teddy bear I have, completely mad I know, but it would put a newborn in the splits and end up under it's arm pits!!!

Are they supposed to be like this?? Any suggestions?
I compared the nappy to the size of a disposable newborn nappy and there is a HUGE difference!! Help!
