just caught up on your thread and shocked when googling backed it all up.

only thing I found was this. it's a bit old, but says they'll do IVF where it's pretty much a unique case. don't know how you'd go about proving that.

Itsbabytime the best ever desert that is also WW friendly (I follow this) is a Warburtons Square wrap, spread with 30g of Chocolate Philadelphia bunged in the microwave to heat it up then sliced banana added and folded! AMAZING!

It's cadburys Philly - you dont want to try it Hun it's just wrong!!! Stick with a ba of dairy milk! However of you do want to try it it's been out a couple of months - you can get it from any supermarket!!

Hi hon I just caught up with this thread! So sorry to hear your pct cannot offer you help! That is disgraceful. How does it work when people like myself and scotch get 3 rounds of IVF yet nothing where you are. I am going to speak to my brother about this. He is a local counsellor but does a lot of work for the nhs. I understand that we are not in the same area but perhaps he can get in touch with the local councellors in your area and start making it an issue. IVF should be standardised in the uk. It is so clear from this forum that the range of treatment and waiting lists vary! There must be girls in your local area who are in the same position? do u know of anyone else? Perhaps you can start a petition and get campaigning for the time being. Let me speak to Tom and I will get back to you. Xxxx

I cant believe they offer nothing except 6 rounds of clomid, I knew there were cut backs but jeez that is just wrong!!

Is there more then one hospital in your area ? maybe you could register with a new GP and get them to refer you to a different hospital ? I know they can do this as they done it with me, I should have gone to my local hospital but my GP said they were crap so sent me to one a little bit further away.

Also I know that this is something you may not have thought of yet, but if the clomid fails you could always look in to IVF via egg sharing which some places offer for free, may mean you having to travel a bit to find one, but would still be loads cheaper then paying yourself!!

There are two smaller hospitals that just refer you to the main one that I'm already at! Just had a really long chat with my manager at work and she's been so supportive! Don't think you could get that support off a manger at many places!! X
