Question about agnus castus

I am thinking about taking agnus castus but just wanted to check if it would be a good idea. I have fairly irregular cycles (they vary from 30 to 53 days) will A C help to regulate them? Also I have started temping but so far my temps are very irratic so was wondering if agnus casts would have any effect on bbt?

Hiya, I take agnus castus because I have a short luteal phase. I have only taken it for 2 months and I think it extended my luteal phase by 1 day last month. I am due AF soon so I will have to see if it has helped again this month. I think it does help regulate your cycles, though I'm not too sure about temps. I haven't had any negative side effects and so am going to stick with it. Good luck hun.

Hiya hon. What it did for my temps was help to keep them from being erratic, but it didn't raise or lower them any.
