Oh my god it's started already!!!!

I have swollen ankles!!! didnt even realise til about 5 mins ago...

think i am going to have to invest in some flat shoes.....the time has come to ditch the heels...



well went from heels to wedge heels...but that still seems to be doing me no good.

Yeh same mine flare up in the evenin lol gonna get worse next week being back at work and being on them all day

I get a bit swelly after being in an office chair at work all day. Doesn't happen as much when I'm at home and can odd around.

I find ballet pumps and being on my feet all day gets my feet going puffy! But not started on the ankles just yet! Oh the joys! X

sucks doesnt it! I take my socks off and they are like red where the elastic is and really hurt!
