I know all about pelvic girdle pain and have had some hip pain, but instead of the pubic frontal pain I am getting pains in my groins that feel like I have been in the splits for a fortnight and now straightening up. When I lift my legs to get into bed or waddle it kills. Anyone else?

I'm pretty sure I read that PGP can cause thigh and groin pain too so probably all connected to that. Ligaments and muscles are all taking quite a lot more weight now xx

Well I have had to go off with my pelvis. For the first time ever I am waddling behind my disabled mother who is slow at best when walking.
