painful day...ouch

God not having a good day pain wise don’t know what’s happened. I mopped the floor in kitchen yesterday and hovered the wooden floors downstairs. Not much , well I didn’t think so. Well last night my back on the side I held the mop is throbbing its so uncomfortable and sore and painful. Constant pain. Also walking to work today I am pretty sure I have the start of SPD!!!!!!!!! Sharp pain in my groin area and hurts so much when I walk and my foof feels so sore.am waddling so bad.. What with my lower back pain I just feel awful today.was at work, grumpy and fed up.oh forgot I also feel breathless grrrrrrrrrrrr. … can SPD come on this late in pregnancy any ideas what to do to ease pain other than painkillers?*

On a positive im leaving work a week today xx
