Went for my 28 week appointment today and told mw that I was getting an excrutiating pain in groin during night (so bad cannot move),. Have also had pain in day to point where cannot straighten myself as it hurts too much. she thinks I have SPD and is sending me to physio. What can physio do? anyone know anything about this.
    Thanks

I had SPD during pregnancy. When I went to physio I was given a support belt which did help a bit. I know tht others have been given exercises by their physios but mine was a bit rubbish. Hope you get it sorted, big hug for the SPD its horrible. Hope you are ok x
