So was being extra careful this morning getting in car, parked close to entrance of work, swung my legs round together to get out of car, stood up and then slipped a little....
but oh my god the pain!! MY legs just literally spread apart a small amount but the pain from the SPD was immense (still assuming its SPD I've developed...got appointment this afternoon)
Now sat with a throbbing pelvis/pubic area at work..not good!! Oh well 10 days left at work and counting xx
