It sounds like baby pushing down, maybe getting ready for the head to start engaging. Ive had this and it's strange. Peas head has defo started to engage so I think that's what it was x

I know exactly what you mean, I have been getting this for the past week and a half. I work in a busy shopping centre so you can imagine the looks i get when it happens lol.

I get this quite regularly too! Almost dropped to my knees in Sainsbury's due to it last week.

Always feels worse if I have a full/partially full bladder too.........

That heavy feeling like they are about to fall out is the best sign. I only know mine has started to engage for sure from being in hospital x
