Is this SPD pain

Sorry to be a bit dense but, right now I have a pain in my foof which varies from feeling like period pain, to feeling like a stitch, or a sharp stabbing pain. My lower back is achy and my hips and underneath are.

I'm used to the pain of Sciatica but this pain is different. Also at my scan last week the baby's head is down already could it be when he is moving around down there?

LOL neither do I. It's gone now though.

I keep getting it on and off and it's painful to stand up straight or get comfy.

It's p'ing me off I had it on Sat night and today it feels a bit like cramp. Weird

mines constant and worse when in bed. I can definately feel a head at the top of my bump so I know he's not turned yet
