OV day and a thick question

You'd think at my age I'd know the ins and outs (no pun...maybe a little one) of babymaking. So here goes my thicky question:

I saw on my ticker that it's ov day - does that mean it's last ditch attempt BDing later (yay!) or am I too late already?

I promise I did get a GCSE in Biology lol!

It's means... absolutely nothing

You ticker just shows you what you told it to show it - it has no idea what you will actually ovulate.

You should either be having lots of regular sex right upto the week before AF or you should know when you're LH surge is because you are using OPKs.

You shouldn't be going for last ditch efforts just yet - you want to be doing it enought o at least cover the next 5 days or so if you expect ovulation to be around about now

Tickers only give you a rough day...i ovulate on day 17 with a 30 day cycle. Get bding your still in with plenty of chance!

I'm due to ov today too according to ticker but negative on opk and no ewcm yet either so keep going honey, every 2 to 3 days bding should be fine and throughout cycle to be safe!

OPKs are a good way to go I reckon! (Along with bd'ing every day or every other day of course )
I'm sure tickers work for a lot of people, but I Ov way early and have a long luteal phase, so I was getting it all wrong with the tickers.
