Out for the count

This heat has really knocked Bertie out today. He was awake whilst we were out shopping which is very unusual but as the day has got hotter all he's done is sleep. He had 6 oz at 3pm, woke at 5.30 crying for food, had an ounce and has totally crashed out! He got quite grizzly at about 4pm so I wiped him down with baby wipes and he drifted off so I'm sure it's the heat that's done it bless him. He even has a nose whistle lol. Am thinking I'll give him a bath tonight, although he feels normal to the touch I can imagine he's hot and sticky especially round the nappy area bless him.

Will give him half an hour then wake him up for a bath and feed, hopefully he'll take more cos I don't want him to dehydrate

Charlies the same, was awake most of the day in town apart from half an hour after i lay him down and draped my cardi over to make it darker, got home about half 3 ish put him to bed, fell asleep around 4 and he's still not woken! I've painted the bathroom and dyed my hair only prob is 6 is his usual bedtime but I suppose oh will be happy to spend time with him after work

I had to keep checking he was breathing x

I wish James was he was nearly asleep and Thomas decided to turn the tv up loud and shout......thanks then he's currently screaming at the min because he's over tired and hot xx

Well his first ever bath was a great success!!! He was a bit miffed to start with but then started kicking his legs and smiling . He's a lot cooler and I am sure much more comfy
