OUR Positives!!!

Evening Ladies! (and gents)!
Today was really good!
* Got up and ready in super quick time
* WD-40'd the three squeaky doors in the house - YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW GOOD THIS IS!!!!
* Took Mhairi for a nice walk
* Met my best pal on the walk and we had a great natter
* Went to visit my Grandma with Mhairi and she charmed all the old dears!
* Spent lots of time cuddling and playing with the light of my life!

Work was really enjoyable, can you believe I was up, ready with Jack fed and changed and out of the house by 8:15!! I am so proud of myself
So yeah basically all of today was a big fat postive again!

My positives from today:-
*Completed a job application (fingers crossed as its perfect for me)
*Got a plumber out to fix a job that's been outstanding. My OH and a neighbour have been humming and haying about the job and what to do for about 4 months - give me a few hours, I've called a plumber, job done and best of all only cost £35 all in!
*Did a mountain of dishes
*Got a phone call with some (cash in hand) childminding tomorrow for a few hours - extra pennies for me and DD to last until the end of the month.
*Wrote out a claim to Royal Mail for £34 for a recorded delivery item that wasn't delivered
*Remembered to phone and change my dentist appointment
Quite a good day!

* there are only 4 cookies left in the jar, soon they'll be gone and I wont be tempted anymore
* cooked a wicked roast
* I managed to convert lots of mpeg files to mp3 - quite an achievement for a lady with the severest form of pregnesia
* I woke up happy and didnt cry

Ok, struggled today to come up with any with all that's going on! 
But that is the point of this whole thread, so here we go!

* Bought Mhairi a nice new toy in Tesco (isn't it amazing that when they aren't with you, you want to spoil them!?!?!)
* Asked Mhairi's other Gran if she would babysit for me a week on Saturday so that I could, maybe, possibly get out for a night out, and she said yes!!!!
* So for the next 11 days my positive thought will be "I'M GETTING A NIGHT OUT!"

*got my latest OU essay result and PASSED (was really scared i'd done awfully!)
*baby is 3/5 engaged!
*hospital bag is packed
*spaghetti bolog for tee was YUM
* i have strawberries
*i have custard
*i have biscuits
*i have chocolate
*i have mars bars
p.s - the negative from these last few would be 'i'm going to look like a whale even when baby is born' lol

Positives from today:-
* Got my windowboxes planted with pretty purple/violet pansies and violas - now I just have to remember to water them!
* Looked after a little girl for a friend of mine for a few hours and earnt £30 (she pays me as I can look after her DD last minute!). This £30 means we can afford to eat until the end of the month (things are tight!)
* Went for a lovely walk with DD in the sunshine
* Did 2 loads of dishes, it never stops!
* My windows got cleaned by the window cleaner so they are now nice and sparkly (on the outside anyway!)
* Made some lovely smoked haddock fishcakes for tea for OH and I and froze 6 mini ones for DD.
* I didn't lose any weight this week (on AF and hugely bloated so didn't expect to), but I didn't gain any either, which is always a plus!
* The sun shone all afternoon!
I love this thread! Without thinking about posting in it tonight, I probably wouldn't have gone for my walk or planted the windowboxes.

Today was good -
* Mhairi is 6 months old today!

*car failed the MOT but not as badly as was expected so YAY

Good day all round everyone! 
* bought a load of new vests and sleepsuits...fatty Fynn is growing so fast.
* sorted all Fynns clothes out that are too small..bagged them up and put them in the loft.
* I have just done a load of desserts for Fynn and froze them all.
* took the broken cot mobile back to argos..iv been meaning to do this for ages!
* Fynn slept til 8.30 this morning!
*done a load of clothes washing and got it all dry.
* im gonna go to bed soon and cuddle into my lovely husband.

* After a miserable start, the sun shone all afternoon, was lovely and hot
* I spent a lovely day with my close friend and her LO and had a really good chat - we both needed that.
* I did the food shopping, spent £36 something so nearly in budget.
* With above food shopping, bought 2 x books for £1 each, 1 for DD's birthday (first pressie!) and 1 to put in my presents box
* DD loved her fishcakes I made the previous day and gobbled them all up!
* I didn't come online last night apart from a quick check at 7.30pm (seem to spend 3+ hours of an evening online, a habit I am hoping to break)
* OH and I resumed 'maritial relations' after a long dry spell probably due to me actually being in bed at bedtime!
* Watched the Apprentice - love it!

Valentine - your shopping sounds good! Wish we could spend that little (and i don't even have to do a main shop as i live with my mum!)
*Got car back from garage with a nice green MOT certificate
*car cost £21 less than i'd budgeted for so yay!
*Haven't been as achy today

*Got my new contact lenses
