Well me and OH half have decided on our son's name Well I came up with it and repeated it over and over and over and over again for a few weeks and OH has come round to it just as i knew he would...

Not telling any friends or family except for my mum about the name as I want it to be a suprise but thought i can share on here

We have chosen 'Donovan' not sure about middle name though may just use OH first name- Richard or not have one at all, not keen on having a middle name just for the sake of it unless i absolutely love it or means something sentimentely.

I know Donovan wont be everyones cup of tea but I love it xxx

I agree, ive decided if we do shorten it it will either be to Donnie or my personal favourite 'Dino' pronounced Dee-no. I thought it was quite cute x

I like the name Jonathan and i think it sounds very similar

Lovely name , I went to school with a Donovan years ago, and not surprisingly he was the only one there in the whole school, it's lovely and unusual - he was a right trendy one at school, and yet his name never got shorterned
