Hey ladies..

After your opinions please.. So I normally ovulate CD 16-18 (not always regular so do use OPKs) .. I was just wondering if it was CD 16-18 again what day you girls would start BDing? I was thinking this weekend which would be CD 10?

The most practical advice is to bd every other day until ovulation has been confirmed. Try mixing it up between AM and PM bd if you can. It is not necessary to bd every single day until O...but if you both can and are up to it, it would be ideal of course lol

I ovulate between CD11 and CD13, this month I ovulated CD13 and we did it everyday from CD10 till CD13 and to be honest 4 days in a row was too much and if I didn't BD for a while I would be happy lol I think the best for you to start EOD from CD10 to CD18 f, but if you can do 2 days in a row around your ovulation thats even better.

Haha tbh where we both work shifts and have a toddler running around everywhere I think EOD is probably going to be more acheiveable lol. Think we will start CD10 then try two days in a row when we get a positive OPK.. eeek

Sounds like a good plan. Ive ovulated 2 days early this cycle and almost missed the boat.....well i might have missed it but trying to stay hopeful! So i would defo dtd cd10 every other day till peak then 2-3 days in a row. A bit like sperm meets egg plan x

Every other day is good. Sperm lasts about 2-3 days apparently, more like 2 in cold weather and you want to get it in before you ovulate. If it were cd16-18, I'd probably start dtd cd12.

So CD 17 and have a positive OPK
We BD on CD 11 CD 12 CD 14 CD 15 and will 100% be BDing today. What day would you go up to girls??

I'd cover the next 3 days as you may not ovulate til tomorrow or the next day. You can do every other day.
