It is repeating again on another channel cos I saw an ad for it the other day but I can't remember when or where!! Sorry!! Maybe More4?

I'm the same watched loads of maturnity programme on discovery home and health when i was pregnant with my first and love one born as i compare how i deal with labour to the other ladies !!! my best friend is just scared of the whole pregnancy thing !!! she is settling into it now as she is 29 weeks but she still cant bring herself to watch it !!! xxx

I watch it on my laptop - 4 on demand. All last series there too!

i quickly tuned into this the other week and i have to say, i saw a girl nearly fly off of the bed in pain and i had to switch it straight off, it really upset me!!! xx

I watched my first ever episode on Sunday night when DH was out. I can't remember what channel it was on though, sorry. Maybe E4 or More4.

I know loads of women love it but please watch with caution if you're in any was nervous. I really wish I hadn't watched it. There was a woman absolutely screaming throughout the entire thing (even when she'd had an epidural), she was in a terrible state and I was sat there horrified and crying my eyes out. I really don't understand how this programme is considered entertainment because it was horrific. I'm now even more scared of child birth then I was before. On the other side of the coin, there was a younger woman who could hear all the screaming and was terrified by it but she did brilliantly. But obviously it's the screaming woman that I've now got stuck in my head.

I think we must have watched the same one oz girl, I had to switch it straight off!! Xx

Wasn't it awful? My DH said to me that they put the screaming ones on as the women who just get on and cope with it would make boring telly. I'd rather watch boring telly than be scared s**tless like I was after seeing her.

yeah it really upset me!! and i literally glanced about 30 seconds of it!! xx

Yup, that's what I think as well. Normal labours where the woman copes well and doesn't scream the ward down don't make for exciting television. Every time I get nervous watching I remind myself of that and it calms me right down :). Would be nice if they showed more normal births though!
