Me again,

Is anyone still going to the gym and if so what are you doing?

I am going to get a new program made if this bean sticks but wondered if it is ok just to walk on the treadmill and go slow at low resistance on the X-trainer?

I started swimming instead of gym, doc recommended it. walking is also good, so i guess using the treadmill is fine. perhaps you should check with doctor first and avoid anything too strenous, but as far as ive been told it is good for you to continue excercising, but at a much more gentle pace than before.
 
All I know is you shouldn't do anything that isn't within your 'normal' range. Also you should avoid etting out of breath.

Where there is a history of miscarriage they sometimes say no exercise, but I think thats for ladies who have had several miscarriages.

Best to take it easyish and ask the Dr I think.
 
I think I will just mainly swim and do some walking on the treadmill. The gym will make me a new program for pregnacy but don't want to tempt fate yet... :oops:
