Oltravine nasal spray...

Ive been so desperate to breath and ive been sooo bunged up. used about 1 spray a day for 4 days but apparently u shouldnt use it? Anyone else used this?! Or any experience xx

I was advised against using it when I was pregnant last year, but the pharmacist said there is no medical evidence to say its harmful, just that there isn't enough evidence to show its safe to use during pregnancy (hope that makes sense lol) x

Its not ideal as it is absorbed a tiny bit. But decongestant Nasal sprays shouldn't be used more then a few days at a time or they actually make the problem worse through rebound congestion.
Try a nasal douche!
