Is Evening Primrose Oil any good?

Been there, tried that!
I tried various amounts and I never noticed a difference in cm like people says it does..
so no idea if it doesn't work or just didn't work for me xx

Second this. Was a waste of time for me personally. Didn't even notice a difference in my skin either and it's supposed to be good for that too.

Going off the pains I had im due AF tomorrow but I'm not 100% sure ..maybe I just didn't ov lol as the pains were so much earlier than usual xx

OMG, my poor DH went to the GPs to ask about a sperm test and got the only female doctor. He was soooo embarrassed. He didn't even organise a blood test, but at least he's got the paperwork to make an appointment, bless him. He's dreading going back to get the results from her!

Has anyone used boots own ovulation tests? I started using them this week and they show a line regardless of a negative - it just gets stronger if you are due to ovulate. Does anyone know if they are any good? As they were quite cheap compared to other big brands. I've had negatives so far and my estimated o day is Saturday. I'm starting to worry I might not be ovulating after coming off the pill as I haven't tested before. I came off the pill in June 2017 after being on it for 2 years. We tested my DH and his count is normal. I've found TTC very stressful so far, I've been panicking a lot which I know won't help get a I'm trying to relax, but struggling I thought TTC would be more enjoyable 🙈

I had a bit of a tantrum today lol I had loads of housework to do and I guess it just got on top of me lol I stomped up and down the stairs and slammed a few doors lol I think I am about 3dpo, had lots of EWCM on Saturday and I tend to ovulate about two days later! Unfortunately OH and I only managed to dtd on Saturday and Tuesday so I'm not holding out too much hope! Although I would love to have a good reason to justify my behaviour today lol

Ttc is a constant waiting game isn't It?! I'm currently waiting to ovulate and it feels like it ain't ever going to happen! CD1 for me was 17th October. So I should be CD17 now and still nothing. However just to add insult to injury I had that random never before experienced bleed on CD10 and bled until CD14. So not sure if this has affected my ovulation date or whether I am even ovulating! Any who I have been religiously testing twice a day since CD8 .......just in case it came early. (I should be so lucky). The last 3 days I've had cramping left side of my groin. I am hoping this may be a good sign and it may be imminent but I have no watery cm so I'm a bit confused. I think my testing date of the 17th may have been a bit too optimistic!

Not sure whether to bother testing again..if I go off pains I had then Af due anyday from today as the ov pains were 2 weeks ago yesterday but not had sore boobs or any cramps or anything. Feel totally unpregnant lol sure it was just a screwy cycle

The only thing I have is slightly sore nipples today and no other symptoms at all not even pms. I just don't want bfn and then be in limbo about when af will come etc and when I'm officially out in case I didn't ovulate when the pains were lol xxx

Could he not get the results over the phone? They phoned my OH then he just collected the print out as we wanted our own copy. There was only one time I think my OH actually had to see the doctor. Funnily enough he actually found it less embarrassing with a woman!! Glad your OH has got the paperwork though!! Hope you get some reassurance.
