If people could keep their fingers crossed that I actually get some sleep tonight I’d be very grateful last night, between needing to pee, sore boobs and some very vivid scary dreams, I woke up not once, not twice but EIGHT times. How is it fair that I’m so tired yet can’t sleep

I had an awful night.. meh... have an awful headache which was so bad it woke me up during the night! Cannot shift it this morning either and off to work now... booo! X

Only twice last night - I’m considering that a success! I want to buy a pregnancy pillow, mainly for the purpose of propping up my sore boobs at night, but I feel a bit rediculous doing it this early! Hope your headache goes soon. Have you tried 4head?

Anything to make you for comfortable is worth buying.. I might do the same!

I actually got my scan date through this morning It's on Thursday 10th May, just under 3 weeks away! I'll be 12+4. It's nice and early at 9:40 so luckily I don't have to wait all day! Can't wait to see baby, it will seem much more real for me then (even though the constant nausea is helping it seem very real )

Been for a nice long walk with my dad and my 2 year old today, my lower back is now breaking How's everyone else feeling today? Xx

I hope everyone is doing OK!

I really feel so different this week. All the horrid symptoms have practically gone, it's like I've come out of the other side! I'm not even experiencing extreme tiredness anymore, which is a massive help considering I was barely functioning. I was 10 weeks on Tuesday - any others felt things really eased up at this stage?

Yes although not completely. I’m still abit tired but not as nauseated as I had been. I’m 10+5 we are nearly there!! Lol x

Slight issue for us - OH has a major meeting that day. He was in a right pickle about it. Tried to change the appointment but they didn't have another one as we have holiday booked soon after. I said there's nothing to panic about. If it means you have to have a word at work than so be it. I don't care if you have to tell them early. You'll be coming. Needs must. He was a lot more relaxed after that. He forgets that I've already had to tell work early so I take a more relaxed view than most!!

Sleeping through the night has been a nightmare for me. It sounds so pathetic but I normally sleep so well so being awake several times every night is really exhausting me on top of everything else. Oddly enough I never need up to pee. My boobs are a little more tender and wouldn't be an issue but I'm a front sleeper I've been propping myself on a regular pillow. Not perfect but it has helped. I think I'm only getting away with it as I normally sleep really flat.

The vivid dreams have been a nightmare though. They've been good, bad and just plain weird!! Either way I've been fully awake after every one. I actually slept through the night last night for the first time in weeks and actually woke up feeling like I'd slept. I'm hoping this is positive but it may of course just be a blip. Fingers crossed. Hope it gets better for you.

I'm new here I'm now 9 weeks pregnant and had an early reassurance test done one week ago. Apparently my due date is 25th of November

While I am on here...may I ask if anyone knows IF they can get the due date wrong?

I'm 9 weeks and my belly is showing quiet a bit now (first I thought I'm paranoid but family is saying the same) so now I'm thinking "what if I am actually further than 9 weeks?"

I do NOT know when my last period was due to heavy medication that I was taking to that time, so I am a little bit worried that I could be further than 9 weeks already....

Any advise or anyone else experienced a situation like this?

Hi! Firstly, welcome and congratulations!!

Is this your first pregnancy? When you say early reassurance test, do you mean scan? The most accurate date you will get will be at your dating scan at 12 weeks. I have had a very visible bump for 3 weeks, but today it's disappeared, it was all just pregnancy bloat. Could that be the same for you? Xx

I had quite the weekend... went on a city break abroad with ten friends, none of whom knew I was pregnant! We walked about fifteen miles each day, ate at really weird times. I spent a lot of the weekend feeling really crappy but having to hide it to keep the secret going! Roll on ten days time so I have my twelve week scan and can finally tell people the truth!

I’ll be 11 weeks tomorrow based on my lmp. I’m still huge, none of my trousers do up any more

Yes my first pregnancy. And yes, sorry I meant to write reassurance scan and not test. It just looks so odd to me that I am already quiet big. To be very honest I do not know how to tell the difference between being quiet bloated or baby bump. My mother-in-law was looking at me and she thought the same...that I am quiet big already.

Anyway, I guess all I need to do is wait.

Everything is so new...very overwhelming at the minute!

You have no idea how good it is to hear that I am not the only one feeling like that. Don't get me wrong, I will embrace my baby bump. I just thought it would not be so visible so soon...

I got 10 more days before flying back home to Italy and break the news to my parents. My mum already on skype asked me "hm....you look like you gained a little bit of weight isn't it?" and I was thinking to myself "If you would only know what is going on here...."
