Nipple bleed?

Hi guys,

I just took a shower and felt a little sting on my left nipple, when i examined closer i saw that there was a little trace of blood. I was just wondering if anyone else had esperienced anything like this. Should i be worried at all? there is no bleeding now and it doesn't feel sore.

would appreciate your thoughts.

any discharge from breasts and you should go to the doctors to get it checked out.
Its most probably nothing but just to be on the safe side i would go,
