Hi all
Thought I'd pop in here as hubby is away for the weekend at his parents- we deliberated whether he should go as its 4hours away (SW) but I'm pretty certain nothing is going to happen (

eek). I'm keeping my legs firmly crossed!! I'm feeling way to uncomfortable to sit in a car for 4 hours so was happy to stay home and chill.

I think i'm still in denial that this is going to happen like really soon, i STILL haven't packed my hospital bag and there is a few things round the house, i just never seem to get round to doing them!! MUST do bag this weekend!xxxxx
Kirsty, I love the fact that you are as disorganised as me. I will start to panic when you post that your bag is ready - I have managed to put a few toiletries on the bathroom shelf ready to go and have washed my dressing gown but thats it
Gracie- really hope its not long for you now hunny your babba needs to come out and meet us all

Hope you are not too uncomfy.

I'm nesting big time and my belly button has half-popped out. The top half is out like a lip and the bottom is kinda flat. It's freaky. Hubby keeps touching it and creeping me out.
I had weird stabby pains in my cervix yesterday, which wasn't pleasant. I guess that's just the cervix preparing itself though? I sat on my ball for a bit and they passed. Looking forward to seeing the midwife on Friday and finding out whether the baby is any more engaged. I think he/she might be cos I've been feeling more pressure down below of late.
pickled-onion your belly button sounds like its got a mind of its own

mine has been an 'outty' since 2nd tri, I think it looks horrible (even stick it down with a plaster if I'm going out because I don't like having a little nose poking out under my tops
The pressure down below is such a weird sensation, I think its when the babies drop right down so your little one might be getting ready
Jools Hi

nice to see you in here (I've only just started popping in) - Hope you don't mind but I'm using you as my kind of marker, I know once you pop I really am on the countdown for mine

How's Brody about the imminent arrival? Evie knows I have a babba in my tummy and likes to pat and kiss it but I really don't think she understands iykwim, I think shes going to be in for a bit of a shock in reality. I'm pooping it a bit how I'm going to manage with a newborn and toddler but hundreds have done it so I'm sure I'll cope. My biggest worry is not having enough time for Evie, esp as I plan to BF.
Sugarhigh and First Angel - are you both still around?
This has turned into a bit of an epic

labour dust to all you overdue mummies, time for a few more to pop methinks
