Today was a very hard day for me! I think my body started to crave carbs! A lot! I just wanted something sweet! No matter what! Not even a chocolate, but just a pear, or banana, or apple. Anything really. But I was good. For dinner had steak (yummm) with few mushrooms and cucumber.
Tomorrow going to the spinning again (ive read somewhere, that is burns around 800ckal in a time... ) and then we are meeting for a walk with Snuggle, so, hopefully it will be a nice day!
You are doing so well, girls! I am really looking forward for my weight it. Ill be very dissapointed if I lost less then 2 pounds, cos I am just trying so hard!
