Need a slimming buddy!PF Fat Fighters club:-)

Today was a very hard day for me! I think my body started to crave carbs! A lot! I just wanted something sweet! No matter what! Not even a chocolate, but just a pear, or banana, or apple. Anything really. But I was good. For dinner had steak (yummm) with few mushrooms and cucumber.

Tomorrow going to the spinning again (ive read somewhere, that is burns around 800ckal in a time... :think: ) and then we are meeting for a walk with Snuggle, so, hopefully it will be a nice day!

You are doing so well, girls! I am really looking forward for my weight it. Ill be very dissapointed if I lost less then 2 pounds, cos I am just trying so hard!

Truthfully i just want to look sexy in a pair of jeans and nice tp again instead of hiding in what i do now.
 
Morning ladies!
well i weighed myself this morning, i weighed 76 kilo. i went online to convert it and it says its 12 stone? surely that cant be right? on sunday i weighed 12st 6oz by my mums scales, that was after my sunday dinner though but still? i am not going to weigh myself anymore until friday now cos i will be well dissapointed if it was wrong and i havent lost all that.

Hope thats right for you Rach, I had a sneaky weigh in this morn :oops: and have lost another 3lbs so thats 6lbs since I started just over a week ago :cheer: :cheer: I'm 12st 4lbs now and my target is 9st 7lbs and size 10-12 again :wink:
 
ohhh julie thats dead good!..what are you on? i was doing slimming world a few months back but now i am just doing my own plan.
 
:wave: Hi ladies - I lost two pounds this week - went to slimming world last night - I dont really understand the green days so am sticking mainly to red - and I did 45 mins this morning on my cross trainer - im really starting to enjoy the exercise bit just finding staying away from biscuits and chocolate hard :?

My goal is 9st 12 and I am 13 at the minute :( feels like a long road so I am trying to break it down into smaler goals - 11 being the first one
 
Im doing weight watchers and doing the points option. Its actually getting easier now, cant believe im on day 3 already.

I'm doing Slimming World too but mainly the green diet as I dont eat much meat.

Rach, your own plan will work great as long as you stick to it, I only joined Slimming World as I need the threat of being humiliated in class if I gain weight :lol:

I met with Carina for a walk today but it was raining so we were naughty and went for a pub lunch instead :lol: She's a bad influence that girl :shakehead: :rotfl: Got some pics of the kids together so will post them in the pics section shortly :D

Hi girls! I also posted few pics from the date! Lol! :D

Tip from today: I have frozen white seedless grapes! And they are absolutely yummy! I cant have much of those, but they feel almoust like candies but more yummier! And, being frozen they last longer then fresh ones, so you chave a chance of eating less of those! :D
 
well my tea was gorg!
i had chilli with LOADS of rice..(well a 125g boil in the bag) but i put some of the rice in a bowl and had "extras" an hour after..mmm
the reason i did that is because chilli is my favourite and i ALWAYS have seconds so it is a trick really...lol...how clever is that! (and i was suitably tricked)..(lol)

I havent had tea tonight as I am still full from lunch today :shock: It was some meal...gorgeous! :D
 
Hi girls, i had well - posted the breakfast above!

For lunch i had my pitta and was um um ummm as normal, and for tea ihad a ww hotpot and 3 pounds of ww danish brwad and just now had some wheat flakes (30g) with a tiny bit of milk.

Am going to plan food better tomorrow as tea sucked earlier, im thihnking homemade cous cous and new spuds hopedully.

:shock: ..3 POUNDS of bread?? do you mean 3 ROUNDS??
