What is you biggest downfall/temptation? and how do you overcome them. Mine is allowing myself one biscuit - then saying oooh just one more then feeling like sod it I have ruined it and eating four more but if I eat nothing nice I feel deprived too and end up giving up as well. I am so determined to lose weight and so I need to get over this obstacle - anyone have any idea how to stop at just one treat and not every day - I can do it on days I feel determined there is just a lot of days my determination slips a bit
